DESCRIPTION:The Corner Brook Aboriginal Women’s Association will host their annual Apuknajit Winter Feast at Bennett Hall\, 11 West Street\, on Saturday\, February 4th from 1-4 pm. \nThis is a time to come together as Mi’kmaq people to mark Apuknajit\, the Spirit of the mid-winter sun (“when the sun is blinding”). \nThere will be smudging\, drumming\, a feast\, tickets for prizes\, display tables\, and craft vendor tables.
