Lnu’skwaq Association of Central Newfoundland (LACN), a grassroots Indigenous women-led not-for-profit organization, is inviting community members and partners to join an important evening of awareness, reflection, and healing in recognition of Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women, Girls, and Two-Spirit People (MMIWG2S+).

The evening will include a screening of Jingle Dress, followed by a debrief circle and panel discussion focused on healing, awareness, and community response. This is especially timely in light of recent incidents of intimate partner violence in the region.

This is a free community event, open to both Indigenous and non-Indigenous participants. Refreshments will be provided, along with door prizes.
