To honour and reflect on the importance of the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, Qalipu First Nation is once again hosting its annual logo contest. This initiative encourages youth to use art as a way to learn, reflect, and share their understanding of truth and reconciliation.
The contest is open to all children in Grades K–12 across Canada, both Indigenous and non-Indigenous.
- Prize for the winning entry: $250 cheque for the student
- School prize: $500 donation to the winner’s school breakfast program
To participate, students must submit:
- Their completed logo design
- A signed media release form (parent/guardian signature required)
Deadline: All entries and forms must be received by September 29, 2025
